If someone thought of this option then he might be thinking it's just one really long hole means length doesn't play any role.

May be some are thinking in a unique way that is a hole is made on a surface but pipe ,straw etc. are just hollow cylinders ;until & unless you make a hole on their body ,there is no hole.
